By purchasing any MindSystem program, digital product, or membership, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms are binding from the moment payment is submitted. Please review them carefully before completing your purchase.

01 — ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in all MindSystem programs, digital products, coaching services, and membership offerings ("Programs"), operated by Maze Performance Inc. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms without reservation.

These Terms apply to all program types including, but not limited to: MindSystem Independent, MindSystem Supported, Courtside Conversations membership, private sessions, and any future offerings made available by Maze Performance Inc.

02 — ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS

Due to the nature of our digital products, coaching services, and live programming, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances once payment has been submitted and access has been granted.

Our commitment to you: If you feel you have not received the full value of your program, we will work with you to extend your access so you have the time you need to fully engage with the material and support. Please contact us directly so we can find the right solution for your family.

This policy applies regardless of participation level, personal circumstances, or changes to your situation after purchase. Please ensure you are fully committed and ready before completing your enrollment.

03 — DIGITAL PRODUCTS & INSTANT ACCESS

Certain MindSystem offerings include digital products such as journals, guides, video libraries, and downloadable resources. By completing your purchase and accessing these materials, you acknowledge that:

All digital products are delivered electronically and are non-returnable

Access is granted immediately upon payment confirmation

Downloading, accessing, or viewing any portion of a digital product constitutes use and forfeits any claim to a refund

Digital access credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared or transferred

04 — MEMBERSHIP & SUBSCRIPTION TERMS

The Courtside Conversations membership and any other subscription-based offerings operate on an automatic recurring billing cycle.

Your membership renews automatically each month unless canceled prior to the renewal date

No pro-rated refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused access

You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period

By purchasing a membership, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel

To cancel your membership, contact us at [email protected] prior to your renewal date. Cancellations submitted after renewal will take effect the following billing cycle.

05 — PAYMENT PLANS & INSTALLMENTS

Where a payment plan option is offered, the following terms apply:

You are responsible for completing all scheduled installment payments in full

Failure to complete payments will result in suspension of access to program materials and support

Refunds will not be issued for missed, failed, or incomplete payments

Outstanding balances may be referred to a collections process

A payment plan is not a month-to-month or pay-as-you-go arrangement. By selecting a payment plan, you are committing to the full investment of the program. Your access is contingent on fulfilling that commitment.

06 — CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES

By completing your purchase, you agree to resolve any billing concerns directly with Maze Performance Inc. before initiating a dispute or chargeback with your bank, credit card company, or payment processor.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Maze Performance Inc. is a violation of these Terms. Maze Performance Inc. reserves the right to:

Dispute any chargeback with documented proof of purchase, access, and program delivery

Immediately revoke access to all program materials upon initiation of a chargeback

Pursue recovery of funds and associated fees through appropriate legal channels

We maintain thorough records of all purchases, access activity, and program participation. Please reach out to us directly — we are always willing to work with you.

07 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & CONTENT USE

All MindSystem content — including frameworks, journals, videos, guides, session recordings, methodologies, language, and program materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Maze Performance Inc. and is protected by copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own family's benefit. This license does not permit:

Sharing, reproducing, or distributing any materials to others

Teaching, repackaging, or reselling MindSystem content or frameworks under any name

Creating derivative programs, offers, or services based on MindSystem's proprietary methodology

Recording any live sessions, calls, or events without prior written consent

Uploading or submitting MindSystem materials into any AI tool for the purpose of replicating, repackaging, or generating derivative content

AI Use Restriction: You may not input MindSystem materials into any artificial intelligence or automated content generation tool to reproduce, repackage, or create derivative works based on our content. Personal use of AI for your own learning and reflection is permitted; commercial replication is not.

08 — AI TOOLS DISCLOSURE

Maze Performance Inc. may use artificial intelligence tools as part of its content creation, editing, or program delivery process. All materials delivered to participants are human-directed, reviewed, and finalized by the Maze Performance Inc. team.

The use of AI tools does not diminish the originality, quality, or ownership of MindSystem's content. All program materials remain the sole intellectual property of Maze Performance Inc. regardless of the tools used in their creation.

09 — MISSED SESSIONS & NO-SHOWS

For programs that include live sessions, group calls, onboarding meetings, or private appointments:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are considered a no-show

No refunds or credits will be issued for missed or no-show sessions

Where possible, session recordings may be made available; however, this is not guaranteed for all program types

It is your responsibility to attend scheduled sessions or communicate in advance if you need to reschedule

10 — RESULTS & PROGRAM DISCLAIMER

MindSystem programs, operated by Maze Performance Inc., are designed to provide families and athletes with tools, frameworks, and support for personal development and mental performance. Results will vary based on individual effort, engagement, and circumstances.

Maze Performance Inc. does not guarantee specific outcomes, performance results, or athletic achievements. Testimonials and examples shared are illustrative and not a promise of results. Your commitment to the process is essential to your experience.

11 — GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in MindSystem programs shall first be attempted to be resolved informally by contacting Maze Performance Inc. directly.

Maze Performance Inc. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation in any program following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
